Samuel wrote the code). The code was written by Samuel).
|---|---|---|---|
| Present Simple | am / is / are + $V_3$ | She writes a website. | A website is written by her. |
| Present Continuous | am / is / are + being + $V_3$ | They are building a house. | A house is being built by them. |
| Past Simple | was / were + $V_3$ | Shakespeare wrote Hamlet. | Hamlet was written by Shakespeare. |
| Past Continuous | was / were + being + $V_3$ | He was repairing the bike. | The bike was being repaired by him. |
| Present Perfect | have / has + been + $V_3$ | Someone has stolen my bike. | My bike has been stolen. |
| Past Perfect | had + been + $V_3$ | They had finished the project. | The project had been finished. |
| Future Simple (Will) | will + be + $V_3$ | They will launch the app soon. | The app will be launched soon. |
| Future (Be going to) | is/are going to + be + $V_3$ | We are going to update the site. | The site is going to be updated. |
| Modals (Can, Must, Should) | modale + be + $V_3$ | You must submit the report. | The report must be submitted. |
- Attiva: They gave me a prize. (Hanno dato un premio a me).
- Passiva 1 (più comune): I was given a prize. (Mi è stato dato un premio).
- Passiva 2: A prize was given to me.
